Prerequisite Verification Form for Update Trainer Courses
Cancellation Policy (Please note: the Registration / Cancellation was updated, effective 1 January 2021.)
Prerequisite Verification Policy
The purpose of this policy is to inform students of the options regarding submission of prerequisite information.
All students participating in a Train-the-Trainer Course or an Update Trainer Course are required to present and receive approval of the prerequisites for verification showing eligibility to attend a trainer course prior to registering for any trainer courses.
Students are solely responsible for providing sufficient supporting documentation to prove eligibility and receiving approval of eligibility prior to registering for any trainer course.
If the prerequisite form is denied for any reason, and the student has elected to register, prior to receiving approval of eligibility, then the tuition paid for the course will be refunded, and a 25% cancellation fee will be assessed.
No certificate or trainer cards will be issued without prerequisite submission and approval, and payment of course fees.
