Robert (Safety Bob) Layman Ð Bio Ð October 2019 As a Safety Consultant for multiple other companies, Robert C. Layman (Safety Bob), is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of safety programs and services, including environmental health and safety, safety & health training, and emergency management.Ê Bob has over 22 years of frontline safety experience and a mastery of OSHA and other safety regulations. Bob is an OSHA Outreach trainer and Instructor with USF-OTIEC Wesley Chapel in General Industry & Construction and has led multiple training sessions. He ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to job safety for his clients.Ê Bob is passionate in his beliefs that employees and workers deserve a safe work environment and that companies should provide financial resources, tools and equipment, and effective training for employees. Bob has created safety and accident prevention programs for multiple companies. His communication skills and training style allow him to better assist our employees of understanding the importance of safety in the workplace. He works with HR to develop soft skill & drug and alcohol policy and training programs for his clients. Under his direction, companies have radically reduced workplace injuries and earned industry recognition.
